Toni Soler
Founder of Minoria Absoluta who, together with Queco Novell and Manel Lucas, created the RAC1 radio programme of the same name. Toni combines directing Polònia with writing articles for the Ara newspaper, scripts and the occasional book. He has worked as a reporter and a presenter. In football he supports Barça, in basketball La Penya and in rugby the All Blacks.
Francesc Escribano
Expert on television media and TV3 veteran, Paco helped create the legendary programme 30 minuts. He went on to set up the New Formats department, was programme director and director of Televisió de Catalunya. He has been the executive producer for Minoria Absoluta's main projects including series, documentaries, TV films and theatre shows. He is an ardent champion of his home town, Vilanova i la Geltrú.
David Felani
David has spent over 25 years working in TV production. He came to the company to prove that fun and efficiency are compatible, and it seems he has achieved his mission. He enjoys knocking ideas and teams into shape. He is not afraid of things to come and wants Minoria Absoluta to be a part of the future. He ran the New York marathon and finished in a decent time.
Joan Rufas
Journalist. He has worked in press, radio and television journalism. Joan oversees the high-pressure engine room that is responsible for turning out a new Polònia and Crackòvia each week. He only occasionally loses his rag. He is the go-to guy for recommendations for a good book (by Zweig, Roth or Franzen, for example) or a bad restaurant.
Jordi Sellas
Cultural manager, marketing consultant, devotee of technology. Jordi is tasked with helping Minoria Absoluta to cross the frontiers of audiovisual production and become a provider of content open to all possible formats and supports. He dresses in black and white but is known for thinking in 3D.
