elBulli, l’últim vals is a documentary coproduced by Minoria Absoluta and Visual 13 showing the spectacular final meal served at elBulli before it closed its doors to reopen as a foundation.

This last supper was dished up on 30 July 2011 with only one film crew to witness it; that of elBulli l’últim vals. For that last night Ferran Adrià brought together some of the world’s most prestigious chefs who had all at some point worked at elBulli; René Redzepi (Noma), Joan Roca (El Celler de Can Roca), Andoni Luis Aduriz (Mugaritz), Grant Achat (Alinea), Massimo Bottura (Ostreria Francescana) and José Andrés (Think food Group).

In a very personal interview the documentary also gives an insight into Ferran Adrià’s feelings on the whole experience.
